    I read every message myself and reply with questions, a rough timeline, and whether I am the right fit.

    Fixed price before work starts

    You get a written scope and a fixed quote. 50% to start, 50% on delivery.

    Build, review, launch

    You review staging links while I build. Then it goes live, with a short handoff so your team can edit it.
